Natalie Fang

Natalie is a first year MBA passionate about social impact within the retail/CPG industry – whether it’s making an impact in the overseas communities where manufacturing happens from an environmental or social perspective in developing countries or to making an impact at US headquarters in regards to sustainability efforts and business process changes to support environmentalism. She is involved in the Net Impact chapter at Ross. Prior to the University of Michigan, Natalie worked in retail as a global sourcing professional at Target and Vera Bradley where she was able to see firsthand the social impact of retail in developing countries in Southeast Asia. Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Japanese studies from the University of Notre Dame.
