Nathalie is a first-year MBA candidate passionate about financial inclusion and social impact. At Ross, she is focusing on finance and strategy. Prior to Ross, Nathalie worked as a consultant and managed projects across industries including higher education, healthcare, energy, non-profit and federal government. Most recently, Nathalie led on a pro bono project for Youth Business International (YBI) in Peru, Brazil, and England. She worked with YBI-member organizations to develop a scale strategy and conduct knowledge transfer. Originally from Peru, Nathalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from Smith College.
